Well I finished my first week on Jenny Craig. I started on Sunday April, 10th and had to weigh in early. I signed up for the Metabolic Max program so Jenny Craig wanted me to come in a few days after I started so I could meet my JCC. Kathy is amazing and I am so excited to continue. My BodyMedia fit armband came in so Thursday was my day to get that set up. I also weighed in and I am so very proud and excited to report I lost 6 entire pounds.
It wasn't easy and I just realized that I have been doing this wrong. I am constantly on the Jenny Craig forums and have been reading where I can switch days of what I want to eat but I should pick a day and eat the entire list of foods from breakfast to dinner. I so was uninformed!! Maybe If I follow this from Sunday to Thursday night I will have a better loss!!
Let me tell you how excited I am to have this BodyMedia!! This arm band is fantastic. It measures everything from the steps I take, the calories I burn, calorie deficit, hours slept, and time of activity. This will guide me in losing more weight.
