Today is my second day on Jenny Craig and while I am not having trouble with the food I find it difficult to eat everything. Another issue is when I am at work I get so busy and honestly not really hungry. I am trying to follow this plan exactly and finding it difficult. I know this weight loss will not be easy as I packed on the pounds over time.
My husband is being so wonderful and supporting me in this journey. He has 20-30 lbs to lose and it sure helps when he wants to make healthy choices too. I know my weight loss journey will be much longer than his but we will have a lifetime together to make our healthy choices together.
One issue I have is not getting enough exercise. I am expecting my armband later this week and cannot wait to try it out. We both are in a constant go go go job and I drive all day. Last thing I want to do is exercise when I get home. I have several games for the Wii and the Zumba DVD's that I enjoy doing. I guess I can just do 15-30 minutes a day to start out with and see where it takes me.
Day 3 on this program starts tomorrow..it is very easy to do if you can eat all the food. I have had to allow more time in the morning to grab my food before I run out the door. Even allow more time in the evening to organize and put everything together for the next day.
So far I love Jenny Craig I sure hope it continues....
